The HTC One Max was only officially announced in October, but the device has already begun coming to select markets as it begins to roll out internationally. Currently, it has only been confirmed that in the United States, Verizon Wireless and Sprint will carry the phablet, but now a new leak indicates that AT&T will also get the HTC One Max.

This new leak from EVLeaks shows a photo of the device with AT&T branding, the message indicating that the device would be coming to the service provider in 2013. This means that AT&T may get the HTC One Max around the same time as Verizon Wireless and Sprint, which are expected to release the handset before the end of the year as well. No official release date for the HTC One Max in the United States has been set so far though.

The HTC One Max will face an uphill battle to carve out a niche in the crowded smartphone and phablet market in North America. The device is only confirmed for Verizon and Sprint, so if it does indeed come to AT&T that could help the HTC One Max gain a stronger following. However, early reviews are mixed concerning One Max, and HTC announced that the device would not be coming to Canada at all.

The HTC One Max currently is available in several international markets in Asia, and HTC has made no indication of where the phablet will appear next. Considering that North America may not have the strongest launch potential, due to the lack of service providers signed on and the exclusion of Canada altogether, it may be a bit before the HTC One Max comes to America.

The HTC One Max is a truly massive device. The device is a 5.9 inch 1080p Full HD model with 373 pixels per inch, making the display one of the biggest and most impressive features on Max. In addition to this gigantic screen, users will also have access to the fingerprint scanner found on the back of the device for unlocking the phone. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chipset running at 1.7GHz powers the whole handset. This disappointed many potential users, as many thought the device would have an 800 model chipset.

Look out for more news concerning the HTC One Max as the phablet is launched to more markets internationally and the device makes its way to the United States.
