The HTC One Max is one of the phablets tech fans have been eagerly awaiting, but so far HTC has not released many details about the device. However, a new tweet from a source seems to indicate that the HTC One Max will be showing up on Sprint, giving the device at least one major backer whenever it comes out.

Evleaks, who previously stated that the HTC One Max and the rumored T6 were, in fact, one in the same, also sent out a tweet that claimed that the unreleased phablet would be coming to Sprint. This means that millions of Sprint owners may get the chance to grab the phablet, but it is unknown when the device will come out. HTC has remained tight-lipped about the long rumored device, refusing to address its specs and release date. Another service provider that is rumored to offer the HTC One Max is AT&T. No rumors have surfaced about Verizon receiving the device, but considering the other top service providers are attached, it would not be surprising if Verizon also sold the phablet.

Despite the secrecy concerning the HTC One Max, several details and rumors have come forward. One major rumor asserts that the One Max's release date is in September. However, HTC would have to act fast to make that a reality, as the launch window is rapidly closing. Apple announced the iPhone 5C and 5S on Sept. 10 and then revealed that the devices would launch on Sept 20, so it is possible for HTC to announce and deliver the HTC One Max within the month of September.

As for the device's specs, the HTC One Max will be a top-of-the-line smartphone whenever it becomes available. The device will be powered by a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, with 2GB of RAM for use. The display will dominate the HTC One Max, with the screen a 5.9-inch Super LCD3 display with Full HD resolution. This will make the HTC One Max smaller than some phablets such as the Sony Xperia Z Ultra, which has a 6.4-inch display.
