Mexican singer Alejandro Fernández has announced that he will aid the victims of the strong storms caused by hurricanes Manuel and Ingrid which have affected 22 states in Mexico, causing severe damages mainly in Guerrero, Veracruz and Tamaulipas

The dramatic situation playing out in Mexico caused by hurricanes Ingrid and Manuel, storms which so far have taken the lives of 80 Mexicans, prompted Pope Francis to send a message of solidarity to the Mexican people in the face of these tragic events.
The death toll rose to 47 Tuesday due to the combined impact of Tropical Storm Manuel and Hurricane Ingrid which hit Mexico almost at the same time.
Central states in Mexico have suffered from floods in various towns, according to information published by newspaper Milenio. Tropical storm "Manuel" and hurricane "Ingrid" in the Pacific and the Gulf of Mexico have left 21 people dead, so far.
