The Motoa brothers are scared by the police. In the meantime Pablo meets with some of his businessmen who fear that the Motoa brothers will agree to take down Pablo in order to negotiate for their freedom with the President. However Pablo defends the Mottoas because he considers them part of his family.
The Motoas dress up as bikers as if training for a marathon in order to bypass the police. Julio is initially afraid that the plan will fail, but agrees to follow it. The brothers escape.
Meanwhile, Gaviria demands that the Motoa brothers be captured and insists that he will not negotiate with anyone. In Medellin, Diana Turbay is kidnapped without realizing it. She thinks that she is being brought to an interview with a rebel leader, but is really being kidnapped.
The Motoa brothers arrive at their father's house, but they are not welcomed with open arms. Their father complains about their illegal business and demands that they turn themselves in.
Pablo plans his next kidnapping but his associates do not agree. Ultimately however, they fail to act against him and prepare plans to kidnap reporters of El Tiempo.
In Medellin Turbay continues to believe that she will do an interview despite her co-workers being more skeptical. Suddenly their guide violently takes them out of the house that they are staying at.
