Pablo Escobar continues his war against the nation. In today's episode Escobar decides to tell the police that the presidential candidate will be killed. Pablo states that he is not responsible for the assassination and that he is just trying to help.
Javier, the driver of the Coronel Quintana, becomes part of the drug cartel. His wife starts to realize his issues and warns him to quit his relationship with them. The police tell the presidential candidate to be careful but the candidate does heed to the warnings. The presidential candidate tells them that Pablo Escobar is not the one the police should be looking for but for the M-19.
Javier goes to the military offices looking for a major but is caught. At Pablo's hacienda, Patty complains about the lack of love she is receiving from Pablo. Pablo continues sick and tells her that she needs to be patient.
Javier wakes up late for work with his wife complaining about him arriving late for work. In the meantime the police begin to suspect that Javier was oughtby the drug cartel. Javier calls El Chile to tell him that he is about to be captured and the police find out that it is Javier who betrayed them.
In Pablo's Hacienda the Mottoa brothers visit Pablo Escobar. The Mottoa Brothers tell Pablo that they will not going to help Pablo with anymore assassinations. They want to negotiate with the Governement.
