Grand Theft Auto 5's Online mode was launched on Oct. 1, and the release has been less than smooth. With millions trying to log into the online portion of the game server, issues were expected, but gamers are reporting other major glitches in the game. Now Rockstar has listed the official bugs found in Grand Theft Auto 5 on the Rockstar Support page along with a message to frustrated gamers.

"We are continuing to look into these issues and are working around the clock on resolving them as quickly as possible. This includes close monitoring of our Support systems, forums, social media, and in-game data to measure traffic along with Community sentiment to ensure ongoing improvements to stability. Please stay tuned for more updates," Rockstar wrote on its official support site.

While it is unpleasant to see that Grand Theft Auto 5's online mode is suffering from such problems, even in its toned down version (several features such as Capture the Flag matches and an online stock market are not currently available), Rockstar warned users that the game would experience growing pains considering its tremendous fanbase.

Some of the errors and glitches that Rockstar is reporting for the game are fairly standard bugs where the game gives players the messages "Rockstar Cloud Servers Unavailable" and "Failed to Host a GTA Online Session." These messages along with other server, cloud and disconnect errors are cropping up frequently for gamers. In addition, Rockstar is reporting that some players are getting the message "Timed out when matchmaking for a compatible GTA Online Session to join" for no discernible reason.

Other errors reported for the game include some rather troubling bugs that can stop gamers in their tracks while playing Grand Theft Auto 5. Some players may have the game freeze while the very first race is being loaded as the game gives the players a "waiting for other players" message. Rockstar is also reporting that some players get a mission failed message as soon as they start a job. Some jobs even fail to load or start at all, leaving players in a lurch.

Finally, several features that come with the Rockstar Social Club website are experiencing technical difficulties. Some players are reporting the service has lengthy load times, while others are having trouble logging into the website in general. In addition, some emails for the website are not arriving. Hopefully Rockstar will be able to fix these errors and smooth out the online portion of Grand Theft Auto 5.
