Lip-sync battles are super popular and so are lights around the holidays. This homeowner decided to blend the two to create a Halloween spectacular like no other on his front lawn.

Brandon Bullis of Leesburg, Virginia used his background as an electrical engineer to rig more than 8,500 lights to his home - forming a number of musically synchronized tombstones to light up while more than one Cheshire cat like mouth lip-syncs along to Macklemore and Ryan Lewis' "Downtown." Bullis revealed via the YouTube comments section he put in over 40 hours of work programming the lights because of the many faces making an appearance during the set. The half-hour magical display of lights and sounds will run until Halloween night. As TODAY explained, Bullis does not want to distract little trick-or-treaters on Halloween night.

What makes this Halloween treat even sweeter is the fact this any money dropped in the donations box outside the Edwards Landing home will benefit John Hopkins Children's Center.

A 5-minute glimpse of the 30-minute show has already received over 100,000 views after it was uploaded on Oct. 16. Imagine how many more pairs of eyes witnessed the stellar video in reality?

Viewers could barely contain their excitement over the video - exclaiming how wonderful a presentation he has made.

@Mauria Price "Awesome!"

@Talia Smith "NOICE ;)"

While some expressed their disdain for the song choice...

@timinator855 "Good show really well set up but the song is s**t!"

@S. Thomas "Disappointed with your song choice this year. Love the lights though."

@Robert White "Nice lights!!! :)

Odd song choice though :/"

But others could care less, asking Bullis to relocate for their own personal gain.

@Kaydee Munsta "please be my neighbor!! Love it!!"

This is not Bullis' first impressive light display. He made heads turn with his house singing the popular dance track The Fox (What Does The Fox Say) by Ylvis in 2013. That video has received nearly 8 million views to date.

Wow! Seems like a hard act to follow. Looks like time will tell whether the "Downtown" Halloween house will be able to go as viral as the last.
