Weeks after Bobbi Kristina Brown's death, after she was in a coma for months without recovery, Tyler Perry shared on Facebook the video tribute he made for Bobbi Kristina that was shown in her funeral.

"The Houston estate asked if I would share this tribute that I put together for Bobbi Kristina's private funeral," Perry said on Facebook. "On behalf of the Brown and Houston families, we would all like to thank you for your prayers and support. God bless," he added.

According to a report from Entertainment Weekly, the tribute video started with a quote from Bobbi Kristina, saying, "“I hope you feel my love, pain, beauty, agony at times, blessings all the time. No one understands me. And I don’t expect them to, but I will try to spread my love and my story through words and this blessing of a powerful voice mom has given me.” The three-and-a-half minute video was accompanied with Whitney Houston's song "You Were Loved" playing on the background. It showed a montage of the 22-year-old's photos, encapsulating her life. The tribute ends with a simple message: "Goodbye for now."

Bobbi Kristina is the only daughter of Houston and Bobby Brown. She was found unconscious in a bathtub on Jan. 31 in her townhouse and was in a coma for months. Her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, was pointed as the suspect for the incident. She died on July 26 in hospice care. People reported that Bobbi Kristina's funeral was held in Saint James United Methodist Church in Alpharetta. It was an "invitation-only" funeral, and those who attended it were Bobby Brown, Tyler Perry and singer Monica.

The news outlet further noted that Gordon was not invited to the funeral even after writing a letter to Bobbi Kristina's dad and aunt Pat Houston, asking if he would be allowed to attend the service.

Last month, Bobbi Kristina's conservators filed a $40-million lawsuit to Gordon for "physically assaulting the ailing 22-year-old daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, as well as robbing her of thousands of dollars," as per a separate report from People.

The lawsuit accused Gordon of "misinterpreting himself as Bobbi Kristina's husband," controlling her actions with others, to the point that he answers Brown's personal mobile phone, not letting her make appointments without his approval and accessing her money by "manipulating her bank relationship."

Bobbi Kristina was buried beside her mother's grave in New Jersey, as per Entertainment Weekly.
