Ben Affleck steps out ringless while Jennifer Garner changes her mind on an amicable divorce, cites recent reports.
This was the first time the Oscar-winning actor was spotted without his wedding ring after he and Jennifer decided to call it quits.
Tuesday, Ben was spotted in Los Angeles sporting a blue fitted tee, dark gray trousers, a baseball cap, dark sungalsses, and of course, a bare left hand.

This comes after the 43-year old actor spent an entire weekend with his three kids while Jennifer is filming in Atlanta. A source close to Ben, said he was enjoying quality time with his children, according to Mirror. "Ben spent the whole weekend focused on the kids. They all seemed to have a fun weekend. Ben took them on several outings and looked happy."
The critically acclaimed actor took his children to Jo-Ann Fabric and Crafts in Santa Monica on Saturday, where they reportedly bought "We Made It" kits from Jennifer's craft line. Mirror also said, the family visited their local farmers' market on Sunday, and looked happy as they picked out vegetables, fruit and lemonade together.
Ben and Jennifer have said in the past they plan to put their children first during this time and will remain 'amicable.' They released a joint statement last month saying, "After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time."
However, the divorce settlement, may take a nasty turn.
According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Jennifer has had it with Ben and "hates" him while the National Enquirer claims the "Juno" actress feels like Ben Affleck threw their marriage "down the drain." Further adding, "Jennifer is broken up over how Ben ripped their family apart and is humiliated by recent circumstances like him running around behind her back with their former nanny Christine Ouzounian. Jennifer had planned to keep things amicable, but can't hold her tongue any more."
CDL alleges, things worsened after Christine was spotted around town with Ben although he denied cheating rumors. "Sources close to the couple say that Ben confessed to cheating and Jennifer tried to work through it but the infidelity was just too much on top of the drinking and gambling she already disliked."
Yikes! Hopefully for the sake of their adorable kiddies the former lovers can go their separate ways without too much of a fuss.
