The battleground state of Florida will once again receive the political spotlight between now and Election Day as poll number shows a narrow margin between former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney and President Barack Obama.

On top of the polls, the third and final presidential debate will take place in Boca Raton, Florida on Monday.

The debate will be moderated by Bob Schieffer of CBS News and will focus on foreign policy. Schieffer was selected to choose the six topics to be discussed during the 90-minute debate from Lynn University.

The topics are confirmed to be:

- America's role in the world,

- Our longest war - Afghanistan and Pakistan,

- Red Lines: Israel and Iran,

- The Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism I,

- The Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism II,

- The Rise of China and Tomorrow's World.

For undecided voters, Schieffer's questions could help decide whether to vote for Obama, Romney, or a third party candidate.

The debate takes place as latest polls show Romney taking a lead.

According to the numbers provided by Real Clear Politics (RCP), Public Policy Polling (PPP) has Romney in the lead by one point (49 percent) to Obama's 48 percent, with the margin of error 3.4 percent.

Gravis Marketing shows Romney and Obama in the same percentages as PPP but with a margin of error of four percent.

Two polls, however, show Romney reaching over the 50 percent mark.

Rasmussen Reports have Romney at 51 percent to Obama's 47 percent with a margin of error of four percent.

The TBT/Herald/Mason-Dixon poll also has Romney at 51 percent but Obama is even lower at 44 percent with a margin of error of 3.5 percent.

RCP has averaged the polls and still give Romney the advantage with 49.3 percent to Obama's 46.8 percent.

The final presidential debate could make the difference for Florida residents.

The debate will be on Monday, Oct. 22 at 9 p.m. ET.

According to the CPD, the format of the debate is as follows: "The moderator will open each segment with a question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a discussion of the topic."

Latinos Post will provide live stream as the debate date approaches.
