Two days since the second presidential debate, President Barack Obama will sit down with Jon Stewart for "The Daily Show."
Obama's appearance on the Comedy Central show will be the sixth time since 2005.
According to Comedy Central, he appeared on the Nov. 7, 2005; Aug. 22, 2007; April 21, 2008; and Oct. 29, 2008 episodes.
The last time Obama appeared on the show was in October 2010 when The Daily Show taped a week of shows in Washington D.C.
Based on previous interviews with Obama, the interview itself will start around 11:10 p.m. for the second part of the show and extend in the third half.
Despite the lengthier interview time, the interview is expected to go longer than the projected 15 minutes on television. As with interviews that exceed The Daily Show's time limit, the full unedited interview will be provided on the show's website.
Questions from Stewart will most likely focus on Obama's debate performances, current issues, and Obama's agenda for the next four years.
Obama's first debate performance was heavily panned, even by Stewart, but the president was seen more energetic during the second debate. Stewart will likely ask Obama what were the reasons for not acting as energetic during the first debate.
Another question that could be asked is how Obama handled Romney during the discussion of Libya during the second debate and the delay to classify the death of US Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three fellow Americans as a terrorist attack.
The Daily Show airs at 11 p.m. EDT on Comedy Central. Repeats of Obama's appearance will air on Oct. 19 at 1 a.m., 10 a.m., and 7:30 p.m. EDT.
