The big day has finally arrived. FIFA will unveil the winners of FIFA Ballon d'Or on Monday.

The big story of 2013’s awards is whether superstar Lionel Messi will win his fifth straight award or if he will be thwarted by Cristiano Ronaldo or Franck Ribery.

Ronaldo is the favorite for most people after an incredible year that featured 18 goals for Real Madrid to start the 2013-14 season. Ronaldo also scored four goals against Sweden in a decisive World Cup qualifying match and also broke Messi’s record for most goals in a Champions League group stage with nine. Ribery has won five trophies with Bayern Munich in 2013 and was seen as a favorite early on in the race after defeating the two players for the UEFA Player of the Player of the Year Award.

FIFA.com will be providing live updates for the event and will also stream it live on its official website and YouTube Channel. For a link to watch the event live, click HERE. FOX Soccer Plus will also televise the event and live stream it on its own website. Click HERE for that link.
