The posh Calabasas gated community's early morning silence was suddenly pierced by the siren of ambulances racing to the mansion of Justin Bieber. Last December 14, at about 3 am, TMZ reported that paramedics were sent to the home of the Canadian pop star on what was reported as an unconscious woman in the premises.
What was very surprising was that a few minutes later, the 911 call was withdrawn and the ambulances were called off.
According to a report from PerezHilton.com, it was a fiasco by the security team of Bieber that led to the misunderstanding. The security team, in a statement, said the woman, who was in her 20's, was hyperventilating and had a seizure forcing them to call the fire department. They said that they would take the woman to the hospital themselves. It was learned later on that the woman was not taken to the hospital.
The Daily Mail obtained transcripts of the 911 call, which showed that the operator was asking if the woman was "unconscious" to which the man on the other end of the line reported "She's not unconscious, she just passed out." Another question came from the 911 operator, "From alcohol?" To which the man responded, "There was some alcohol, yes."
This is one of those instances specifically covered in the waiver guests sign when attending Bieber's parties. The waiver includes a ban on posting details, images or recordings of the $6.5 million home and its goings on in the house in any social media or other networking sites.
It adds, "Guests are forbidden to talk about the physical health or the philosophical, spiritual or other views or characteristics of Justin Bieber." Anyone who violates the waiver can be sued for $5 million in damages.
This has lead to some conflict with the upscale neighbors and issues with guests.
