In an interview on Power 106 Radio Station recently, Justin Bieber admitted he still loved her ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. In a report from the Hollywood Life, Bieber made the confession on the show "Big Boy's Neighborhood", saying "(I) still love her (Selena) 'til this day". He added, "She's a great woman."
The report also said Bieber had admitted the song "All That Matters" was for the former star of Disney's "The Wizards of Waverley Place". He also reportedly said she was his "everything" and added that the break up affected him, and the publicity surrounding it did not help him heal and made the whole thing harder for them.
In a report from E! Online, Bieber said, "I wrote the best music once my heart was broken. 'All That Matters' was written when I was in a great place in my relationship, and at that time, she was all that mattered in my life." He added, "I think we're going to be the greatest of friends. Right now we're taking a little time and not talking."
According to RadarOnline, the reason for the breakup of "Jelena" was he cheating on her with a nursing student. The site reported the infidelity after Star Magazine broke the news. The said cheating happened back in December of 2012, when in an apparent pot filled night out, Justin had sex with a 22-year-old nursing student. The said female was Milyn "Mimi" Jensen.
After learning of the misdeed, Selena called it quits with Justin. From then, Selena went public about the real reason behind the break up and is seemingly dating other men now. As for Justin, he still continues to pine for his "everything."
In the same radio interview, Bieber also punked his fans saying, "Um I'm actually retiring, man." The comment was done with a straight face, but his reps later revealed that the singer was just joking.
