WWE 2K14 recently made waves when the 30 Years of Wrestlemania mode was announced for the game. The feature will bring several WWE Legends into the game to recreate over 40 Wrestlemania matches, and while some legends such as Andre the Giant and Hulk Hogan have already been confirmed, neither the WWE or Take-Two have announced the full list of wrestlers in the game. Before the full roster is revealed Saturday, let's take a look at the top 5 WWE Legends we liked to see in WWE 2K14.

5. Verne Gagne - The AWA Legend may not make the list due to the fact that he never set foot in a WWE ring, but the old school grappler held a world title for more days than any other wrestler in history and managed to get inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, so it would be interesting to see the wrestler in the game and see him take on modern wrestlers.

4. Honky Tonk Man - The greatest WWE Intercontinental title holder of all time was in WWE All Stars as a DLC character, and the character would be a worthy addition to WWE 2K14. If Left 4 Dead 2 taught us anything it's that guitars make great melee weapons, and having Honky Tonk Man in the game would open up guitars as an illegal weapon option.

3. Every Mick Foley persona - Mick Foley has been himself, Mankind, Dude Love, and Cactus Jack in the WWE, and it would be fun to chose what costume the Hardcore Legend could be in. After all, there has been a lack of Dude Love and his epic theme song in past games.

2. Ric Flair - I'm not talking about the Ric Flair that most modern WWE fans are accustomed to, I'm talking about the Ric Flair from his NWA heydays where he truly was the best in the world. A much younger Flair mixing it up with Hulk Hogan and a few other legends could lead to several dream matches for fans to set up and play.

1. Terry Funk - The original Hardcore Legend and one of the toughest and longest-lasting wrestlers of all time, Terry Funk made his mark across a variety of wrestling companies, but modern fans remember him more as Mick Foley's mentor. Putting Funk and Foley in the same game would hopefully pave the way for a Japanese Death Match mode with barbed wire, thumbtacks, and C4 available for use.
