The ladies' singles semifinal casts are all set. Now, it's time for the gents to take the spotlight and move closer to their Grand Slam dream on Wednesday's men's quarterfinals.

After eight days of grueling tennis competition, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray are the remaining pieces of the fabled 'Big Four' following the surprising exits of Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, who combine for nine Wimbledon championships at All England Tennis Club.

Djokovic, who's looking for his second Wimbledon title in three years, will take on 2010 Wimbledon Open finalist Tomas Berdych in the first game on Court no.1.  Djokovic has an imposing 13-2 head-to-head advantage over the Czech, but the Serb is still salivating to avenge his loss to Berdych in the 2010 Wimbledon Open semis.

On the other hand, Murray will try to keep his Wimbledon Open championship-bid alive when he faces Fernando Verdasco of Spain. Murray has been dominant through the first four rounds, vanquishing his opponents without dropping a single set.

The Briton also holds an 8-1 head-to-head edge over Verdasco with his lone loss to the Spaniard recorded four years ago in the fourth round of the Australian Open. But Verdasco is certainly not a push-over and could do big damage if given an opportunity to strike.

Juan Martin Del Potro will also attempt to reach the semifinal round of the Wimbledon Open for the first time in his career as he faces French Open finalist David Ferrer in the first game scheduled on Center Court. Del Potro might be the favorite in this match, but Ferrer holds a 6-2 head-to-head record against the Argentine, including a 6-3 6-2 6-3 victory in the fourth round of the 2012 Wimbledon Open.

Finally, the last quarterfinal will be an All-Polish battle between Lukas Kubot and Jerzy Janowicz. With Nadal and Federer gone early in the tourney, Kubot and Janowicz capitalized on a wide-open playing field and reached their first Grand Slam quarters.

ESPN Coverage of the Wimbledon Open quarterfinalist will start at 7:00 a.m ET.
