The Mayor of New York City and the Governor of the state of New York clashed once more on Tuesday, March 4 in Albany when thousands of people took to the streets, some to support Governor Cuomo, who in last January presented a $1.5 billion dollar budget for Pre-K, a school program to support children younger than 6 years of age, while other supported Mayor de Blasio, who disagrees with the measure.
