Apple product launches are usually preceded by a flurry of rumors and speculation, and Apple's iPhone 5S is no different. The latest piece of "what if"? One analyst believes Apple could be integrating a fingerprint sensor into the home screen button.

This little bit of speculation comes courtesy of analyst Ming-Chi Kuo from KGI Securities. He believes that Apple's acquisition of mobile and network security provider AuthenTec is a sign that Apple is interested in incorporating more advanced security features into future devices. Kuo also argues that a fingerprint sensor would be hard to Android phones and their excessive buttons to replicate. This, according to the analyst, would give the iPhone 5S a sleeker, more minimalist look that will appeal to consumers.

Kuo also goes on to state that the iPhone 5S should have an improved camera and a new A7 chip, two rumors that have been reported by other analysts before as well.

The iPhone 5S is also rumored to be getting a display upgrade. The screen should be Full 1080p HD, and there's even talk of the iPhone 5S coming in a couple different sizes. It is said that the iPhone 5S could be the first iPhone to come in a variety of colors, as many as six to eight, and be running the latest version of iOS at the time of its release, which will most likely be iOS 7.

The iPhone 5S should take over the iPhone 5's current price points, and be available through carriers AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and possibly even T-Mobile this around when it launches June or July. Production of the iPhone 5S is said to start sometime around March.
