This is the best diet ever...if you're open to being vegan.

A new diet is becoming famous, mainly due to its 30-day plan's main ingredient - tacos!

The Taco Cleans, which uses corn tortillas, refried beans and guacamole, to name a few, is explained in the new book "The Taco Cleanse: The Tortilla-based Diet Proven to Change Your Life.". It was made by self-proclaimed taco scientists/authors Wes Allison, Stephanie Bogdanich, Molly R. Frisinger and Jessica Morris.

The four taco masters explain in the book how to eat tacos, and only tacos, for a full 30 days.

According to People, the four authors came up with the idea for the Taco Cleanse after they ate the delicious Mexican treats three times a day - breakfast, lunch and dinner - for  30 days straight.

The only catch is that this new diet doesn't promise weight loss and is 100% vegan, according to The Daily Meal.

Remezcla reported that there are 35 vegan filling and fixing recipes, as well as five tortillas recipes including a waffle one.

You might be bummed out that weight loss isn't guaranteed, but don't fret, there are other benefits of the Taco Cleanse, which makes it worth the try. Besides, what other diet allows you to eat tacos all day?

"A taco consumed within three hours of waking, colloquially called a 'breakfast taco,' has been anecdotally proven to erase the ill effects of the previous night's toxic indulgence. A midday taco frequently results in more positive physical effects," the book reads, via People. "The spicy taco consumed prior to sleep stimulates the nocturnal imagination and has been used by taco spiritualists to induce prophetic dreams."

Below is a summarized list of all the things you need to know about the Taco Cleanse, as broken down on Cosmopolitan.

1. There can be no other food than tacos.

2. The Taco Cleanse is perfectly vegan.

3. You can drink whatever you want during the 30-day "cleanse."

4. Taco Bell isn't an option.

5. It's easy to make.

6. It's more about feeling good than actual weight loss.

7. The Taco Cleanse creators don't believe in detox.

8. Taco identification is a complicated thing.

9. The Taco Cleanse is serious.

10. You will love yourself after doing the cleanse, says the taco scientists.

"Take the negativity and bullshit out of your body-mind and put the tacos in," Bogdanich said.

It isn't the first time that tacos have made headlines. In 2015, the taco emoji became famous, as well as Tacopedia, after being translated into English.

Due to people's sheer love for the Mexican delight, there's the National Taco Day, which is celebrated every 4th of October. The national day even has its own website.
