Taylor Swift is at it again! The "Shake It Off" singer surprised one of her fans again, something she is known for doing out of the blue, just to keep her fans happy. No matter her busy schedule, it seems the singer cannot help but pay it forward by being genuinely helpful to her fans.

Christmas is just around the corner and many people wished their celebrity idols would pay them a visit, who wouldn't want that? According to US Weekly, singer and songwriter Taylor Swift paid a surprise visit to a fan named Delaney Clements, who is  battling cancer, last Saturday, December 19 in Colorado before going back home to Tennessee for the holiday.

Clements, who is always active in social media, posted a cute photo of her and Taylor Swift on Instagram with matching red lipsticks and huge smiles, captioning this with a long and obviously happy message.  "Literally speechless right now!!!! My new best friend (as I call her now ) made a special stop from going home to Tennessee and surprised me and gave me the best present/ hug ever!!.Thank you !! I love you!! Happy holidays!!!" the caption reads. According to the fan, the Grammy winner walked into her room, and surprised her then hanged and chilled in her room all afternoon. Swift replied to her Instagram picture with a collage photo of them and captioning it with "Merry Christmas Baby @delaneyy.bugg".

According to E Online, since being diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma in the year 2010, Delaney has often spent her free times on social media and even created the hashtag #DelaneyMeetTaylor on twitter to catch the singer-songwriter's attention. Many of the netizens shared #DelaneyMeetTaylor so that she could have her wish of meeting Taylor Swift.

Delaney's mom Wendy Campbell delivered a heartbreaking update about her daughter saying the cancer has spread through her head and that all they can do now is to try to keep her as comfortable as possible. She recently shared a message on Facebook saying "We are so blessed to be surrounded with so many wonderful people who love and care for us and forever grateful for all the support we have received over the past five years. Our goal now is to keep Delaney as comfortable as possible and keep her spirits uplifted as she travels on a journey we fought so hard to avoid."

The family of Delaney created a non-profit organization "Delaney Donates" to help the local families who are suffering from cancer.
