At approximately 12 p.m. EST on Monday, Dec. 10, Gmail services were apparently interrupted as people's attempts to log into their inboxes failed try after try.
Many users took to Twitter to voice out their complaints and Google has since reported the disruption on its App Status dashboard, which details downtime for various of Google services including Gmail. According to the dashboard, Gmail's interruptions began at 11:30 a.m. and it is on going until present time.
This writer and other reporters at Latinos Post were able to regain access to their in-boxes although Gmail chat still remains down for this writer as of 12:48 p.m. EST.
Update: Gmail was fully restored. Last time checked at 12:55 p.m. EST.
