When Will Apple iOS 10 Arrive? Release Date, Features, Changes, Download & Everything You Need to Know Here!

As far as upcoming the iOS for Apple devices is concerned, the wait these days is on the iOS 9.2.

At the moment, the iOS 9.2 Beta 3 is being released to Public Beta Testers and Developers which carries only minor and a handful of fixes tied up with the settings of Apple devices, according to a report from the iDigital Times.

Seeing that most of the coming iOS updates seem to be carrying minor fixes from here on, why not look forward to the iOS 10?

The safest bet to catch a first glimpse of the said Apple operating system would likely be by June 2016, a full year since iOS 9 initially came out. But, this is if Apple follows its usual annual routine which will most likely be at the Worldwide Developers Conference event usually held in San Francisco.

It should be noted that while the iOS could come out, it is only normally made available for developers so that they may be able to test their applications with the said OS.

With presumably new features in tow, such is done to make sure that they are able to make the necessary adjustments for their app/s in case the need arises.

For the non-developers, the public beta for the upcoming iOS could like be released the following month (July 2016), similar to how the iOS 9 did this year.

With that said, what features could the next iOS possibly bring?

According to Neurogadget, iOS 10 could possibly come out and feature a "rootless" security system which may technically make it impossible to jailbreak.

Other than that, it could also come with a new "Home" application that would allow Apple device owners to control all their smart devices from their phone.

Further rumored features that iOS 10 could bring include that of an iCloud Voicemail which could see an integration with Siri and the "Find My Friends" application which will be able to check of your contacts are available or determine the status of their devices.

Aside from that, all the things you will hear right now are more of wishlists for the iOS 10. However, 9to5Mac said that there is strong belief that the next major OS is already undergoing testing over at Apple.

Other than that, it is believed that Apple has been mum and kept everything under wraps with much of the potent features likely to come out incrementally in the coming months.
