The "Dragon Ball Super" Episode 21 official synopsis titled "The Revenge Begins! The Frieza Army's Malice Strikes Gohan!" has been released, according to Yibada.

The "Dragon Ball Super" Episode 21" synopsis is as follows, as shared by Facebook account "Gojiitaaf ":

"Bulma learns from Jaco that the resurrected Freeza is bringing 1,000 soldiers and will attack in about one hour. She hurries to relay this information to Whis, but is unable to get in touch with him right away. Thus, five warriors on Earth (including Goku's son Gohan, Piccolo, etc.) face off against Freeza to protect Earth. The soldiers who attack the five are instructed by Freeza that whoever kills Kuririn will receive whichever planet they'd like as a reward."

As Yibada notes, this means that with Frieza coming, chaos could be expected as the villain wants to exact his revenge on planet Earth in "Dragon Ball Super" Episode 21."

Frieza's plan for retribution against Goku appears well thought out. Together with a 1000-soldier army, Frieza is planning on wreaking havoc on the planet to kill the superhero that killed him once.

Furthermore, Kuririn appears to be in danger since Frieza is paying a handsome reward for the soldiers who will target and kill him.

Unfortunately, Goku is caught up in training with Whis and Vegeta, as he's trying to figure out a way to become more powerful and gather more strength to defeat Frieza for good. This means Gohan is left to fight the unexpected antagonist, and it seems that he will be having a hard time doing so.

In "Dragon Ball Super" Episode 21", it certainly appears that Gohan and the Z-fighter gang aren't ready to defeat Frieza and his troop. As Design & Trend notes, though Gohan should be able to wipe out the hundreds of soldiers in the episode easily, they're stronger than expected and it would be hard for Gohan to defeat them.

Meanwhile, Gohan is not totally alone. Krillin and Piccolo are reportedly helping out. However, Frieza's soldiers are just too difficult to fight, and there being a thousand of them, the task should prove exhausting for the two.

The upcoming "Dragon Ball Super" episode is the first instalment to the series, according to Christian Post. The website adds that during the first launch after 18 years, the beloved long-running franchise is set to run for only 20 episodes.

It appears Bandai Namco wants to fulfill fans' wish to see Goku and the gang back on the small screen after nearly two decades.

"Dragon Ball Super" Episode 21 airs on Saturday, November 29, on Fuji TV.
