It appears that Scott Disick is desperate to try and win her family back. According to a new reports, the 32-year-old reality star proposed to baby momma Kourtney Kardashian after his 30-day treatment program at the Cliffside rehab center in Malibu, California.

"It is time for [Scott Disick] to grow up, be responsible and be ready for marriage, if he can go that route and convince Kourtney that he can change, then she will take him back as if nothing bad happened," a Hollywood Life source revealed.

Kourtney split with Disick in July after photos surfaced that her boyfriend of nine years had gotten too close for comfort with 25-year-old ex, Chloe Bartoli, while Kourtney went on vacation with their children.

At the time, Kourtney had just given birth to their third child, son Reign, who is now 11 months old. According to The Inquisitr, Scott Disick has already expressed his intentions of marrying Kourtney in a previous episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

In the episode, Scott was shown shopping for an engagement ring. However, he didn't push through with the proposal after Kourtney told him she would have said no if Scott proposed. Now it appears Scott has actually done it.

"Out of nowhere, [Scott Disick] cornered Kourt and popped the question," a source reportedly told In Touch Weekly on November 24.

However, staying true to her former opinion about marriage, the 36-year-old Kardashian turned down the proposal, according to Hollywood Life. "She told him she's not ready to forgive him yet," a source reportedly said.

Despite turning him down, the In Touch Weekly source added that Scott is determined this time to get a "Yes" from Kourtney, and he would continue asking her no matter how many times.

"[Scott Disick] made a joke about wearing her down," the source noted. "It's only a matter of time before he asks her again."

Fortunately for Scott, he may actually have a chance.

"[Scott Disick] has an amazing chance to get Kourtney back because she wants it to happen, if rehab did anything for him that he says it did, she wants to see him step up and be an amazing father and she wants Scott to lose some of his loser friends and put a ring on it," a Hollywood Life source explained.

Meanwhile, the website reported that Scott's current plan is to sell his $4 million pad in Beverly Hills, the same place he moved into after their split. He reportedly wants to live in the same neighborhood as Kourtney and their kids so he could see them more. This could possibly change Kourtney's mind.

It remains unknown whether Scott and Kourtney have actually gotten back together despite reports that they are a couple again.
