There is trouble in paradise for Robert Pattinson and FKA twigs... as rumor would have it.
After twigs' ground-breaking performance at Music of Black Origin Awards she and her fiancé were rumored to get into it. An insider told the Sun via the Mirror, the eclectic couple had a short fight initially over Robert furthering his music career.
"Someone joked about them doing a duet because Rob's a musician too," revealed the insider. "He said that he'd love to, but she shook her head and he stormed off. She was comforted by a female friend outside the toilets. It was tense."
It would probably be hard if music her claim to fame and Pattinson decides to step all over her music game with his A-lister shoes.
As the insider goes on to explain, the couple then became a lot more forthcoming about their woes. The two, reportedly, got into a heated argument while waiting in line for a taxi.
"Twigs flung the door open and they started screaming at each other," said the insider. "Rob was livid and said, 'Why the f--king hell were you waiting there? You knew where I was.'"
Sounds like anything is ticking them off these days.
It was reported the two had gotten into arguments before in other public arenas, like in an airport while on the phone.
As Ok! Magazine reported in September, FKA was rumored to be feeling Rob was not adventurous enough for her experimental style. "FKA thinks Rob is suddenly being very old-fashioned -- and to her, just because there's the possibility they'll tie the knot shouldn't mean she has to change," a source divulged to the magazine.
"Ironically, it's the kind of edgy mystique that attracted Rob to her in the first place," noted OK! Magazine's insider. "But now he seems to have become jealous and controlling, and she wants him to tone it down."
As of now, the upcoming nuptials to the pair have been cancelled. However, they remain engaged. The wedding was initially postponed because the British couple could not decide on the type of wedding they would have liked to have. For now, it is said the wedding is on the back-burner.
