There are talks that the Apple MacBook Air 2016 may launch just in time for the Black Friday 2015 sale. If it happens, Apple will have another device to offer to customers, aside from the recently released iPad Pro and iPad Mini 4.

Herald Sun reported that Apple might have the MacBook Air 2016 available before 2015 ends or early in 2016. The company will be quite busy featuring the iPad Pro, as well as the much-anticipated iPad Air 3. There are also rumors that the upcoming laptop will be released together with the next-generation Apple MacBook Pro. The company has not yet commented on the speculations.

The company will most likely offer the same deal in 2015. Apple preferred reduced gift cards or free gift cards, worth up to $75, instead of giving discounts for Apple product buyers. Buyers of the iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus rendered a $50 gift card. The same deal was available for buyers of the iPad Air, iPad Air 2, iPad Mini, iPad Mini 2 and iPad Mini 3. The same approach is expected to be used for Black Friday 2015. A $100 gift card was available for buyers of the MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac, 5K iMac or MacBook Pro. Promos were also available on various Apple accessories.

Currently, the MacBook Air 2015 averages from $1199 to $1599, depending on the specifications and variant. If the 2016 model does not release in time for Black Friday, users can look forward to some great deals on the current-generation laptop.
