Temporary tattoos in shades of gold and silver, known as flash tattoos, were all the rage this festival season. As the weather is cooling down, skin is getting covered-up, hair however is still on display and fashion mavens have discovered a new trend to jazz up your locks.

Kylie Jenner has recently been snapped donning a gold hair tattoo. The temporary tatt is being sold by seasoned hair accessory provider, Scunci.

Scunci's hair tattoos come in both silver and gold in designs like chevron lines, paisley, tribal arrows and more.

Curly-haired girls be advised, the tattoo application process involves water application to your mane so it may be limited to those with looser waves or straight hair.

As Scunci's website says, the hair tattoo experience, from application to daily wear, is pretty similar to that of body tattoos. "From your wrists, to your arms and now, to your hair - Scunci's Hair & Body Art is our new party essential! Applied like a normal tattoo, they go on as easily as they come off. These tats show off your metallic shimmer whether you're cheering on your favorite band or riding the waves."

The flash tattoo for your tresses seems to be an upgrade to the popular hair trend circa 2011, where superstars like Beyonce had small metallic strips dangling from their hair. These tinsel hair extensions came in colors of gold, silver, bronze, and bright shades of pink and blue.

The internet has since expressed their excitement over the new product sported by the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star. Scunic posted the photo to their Instagram captioned "OMG! Are you as in [heart emoji] as we are!? Look who's rocking our new Hair Tattoos."

Fans can't wait to get their hands on a pair.

@lindseybhoffman "excited to see how that looks"

@tifframm "this is gunna be the new snap tats"

@polkohontas "Sickkkk!!!"

That being said, these new metallic hair accessories are available online at Scunci.com as well as Target and Ulta for only $4.99 a pack. Based on the popularity of any Kylie-inspired trend, it is best to advise grabbing your packs early.
