The "Battle of the Gods" arc of "Dragon Ball Super" has ended after the fight between Goku and Beerus, and now the series is transitioning towards the "Resurrection F" story arc.

As fans of the series know, this means that our heroes will soon be fighting the newly resurrected and more powerful version of Frieza. To fight off this menace, Goku and friends will need to train harder than ever before.

According to Design and Trend, that might be difficult for Goku as his wife Chi-Chi has forbidden him to train any further. Fortunately for Goku, his good friend Krillin is around to help him train in secret, even though he hasn't trained properly in over 10 years. But how much of a help can Krillin actually be? Considering that Goku needs to train at the level of a Super Saiyan god, it looks like Goku will need another training partner.

Reportedly, Goku will find that in the form of his longtime friend / rival Vegeta as the two seek help from Whis, the martial arts teacher of God of Destruction Beerus. Attack of the Fan Boy reports that both Goku and Vegeta will have to struggle through several comical tasks before Whis agrees to train the Saiyans.

It has to be noted that Whis is the very opposite of Beerus. H is very calm and collected. Whis also is a food lover, and loves to eat food from all over the place. The trailer shows both Goku and Vegeta trying to get Whis to eat. It seems that his challenges will revolve around finding new food and eating it properly.

The title of Episode 16 is called "Vegeta Becomes a Pupil?!? Take Down Whis." So it seems that Vegeta will become a student of Whis before Goku does, and perhaps he becomes Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan before his rival.

From what we do know about Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan mode, both Goku and Vegeta had it by the time of "Dragon Ball Resurrection of F" but it was not explained how the pair actually acquired the state. Fans have been hoping that the extended looking to these new Super Saiyan states will allow viewers to see what kind of training Goku and Vegeta had to do to obtain this state.

What do you think of Vegeta and Goku training under Whis? Do you think they will be ready by the time of Frieza's arrival? Let us know in the comments below.
