It has been roughly a month since "Destiny: The Taken King" has been launched and surely, many players are already hooked with the game along with its all new quests, weapons, as well as game play mechanics.

However, video game developer Bungie is not yet done giving gamers something to be excited about.

In a release in their website, Bungie has announced that they will be launching the hard mode version of the "King's Fall" raid on October 23, 2015 at 10 am PT, earlier than the initially scheduled October 30, 2015 release date.

"King's Fall" raid is the stage where the Guardians will go head-to-head against the final boss, Oryx, who is also the titular "Taken King" known to be the creator of all hives. As cited by Game Rant, the "King's Fall" raid is one of the most difficult stage in the game as it would require not only strong and solid gears but also flawless execution, proper communication and teamwork.

"If you've managed to slay the Taken King aboard his own fortress, you're off to a good start, but your fight is far from finished. That battle is about to get a lot harder," Bungie shared in the announcement.

However, despite mentioning a suggested light level of 300 to 320 along with a promise of a loot on the 310 to 320 level, the video game developer did not divulge any more specific detail about the mentioned hard mode version.

In the report by Game Rant, they speculated that the player's will most likely need to be at 310 level in order to pass through the early stage of the more difficult "King's Fall" raid and be at 315 to have a chance at beating the titular king.

Nonetheless, the gaming news outlet mentioned that the difficulty of the version will be really hard to predict given that there are possibly new additional obstacles as well as challenges that gamers might face if the "heroic modifiers" are on and "respawns" off.

Way before the Year 2 expansion of Destiny was released, new quests such as "The Old Hunger", "The Wolves of Mars" and "Echoes of Oryx" has been announced, giving gamers something to be excited about.

Meanwhile, with "Iron Banner" and "Trials of Osiris" quests also returning to add more thrill to fans of the game, the addition of the hard mode version of "King's Fall" is sure to entice gamers to play the game more.

"Destiny: The Taken King" is already available and can be played on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
