Expecting mom Shakira seems to be enjoying being pregnant. The Colombian superstar, who is expecting her first baby with boyfriend Gerard Pique, posted a photo of herself with Pique while showing off her growing baby bump.
"I could have another 9 months like this," the 35-year-old Latina tweeted on Tuesday. It is the second time Shakira posts photos of herself with her baby bump. In mid-October, the starlet posted pregnant photos of her closing ceremony performance for the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Shakira and her FC Barcelona defender boyfriend confirmed her pregnancy in September after months of speculation. The fiery Latina wrote on her website, "As some of you may know, Gerard and I are very happy awaiting the arrival of our first baby!"
She later confirmed reports that the couple was expecting a boy to Germany's RTL. The singer was reportedly admiring photos of her interviewer's son when she confirmed the sex of her baby. She told RTL, "This guy [Pique] is the best thing that ever happened to me in my whole life. And now we're having a baby."
The couple first met while filming her South Africa World Cup music video "Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)" in 2010. Shakira confirmed their relationship through her social media sites in March 2011. Pique, 25, a player of the Spanish National Team went on to win the 2010 World Cup and recently won the 2012 Euro Cup Championship with his team.
Colombian magazine Gente, which first reported rumors of the star's pregnancy, reported that Shakira is expected to give birth in January 2013 through cesarean section.
