Comedian and YouTube personality Nicole Arbour uploaded a 'fat-shaming video' (a sort of an open-letter to fat people) which says that "fat-shaming is not a thing". Taking an aim at #bodypositivity, she said, "If you want to be positive to your body, workout and eat well."

Having more than 18 million views and 177,000 likes and more on Facebook alone, the viral video also had some 'massive' attacks and received widespread criticisms worldwide.

She claims her YouTube account was suspended, though it appears to be live again on September 7, afternoon. Since the video in question seemed not to violate any YouTube guidelines, her channel was reinstated.

Listen to what the netizens actually have to say...

RE: Dear Fat People -- "Never give up, I believe in you!"

This guy has a lot of good inputs to share. "You owe it yourself and everyone that loves you to do everything you can to be as healthy as possible and that includes losing weight," he explained.

You may also find this reply interesting.

He said in his video, "Majority of people who are overweight look into the mirror each day and f... hate their body." He thinks that there's no need to make them feel worse about themselves.

Now, the 'attacks' can be personal.

And global, too.

In defense...

Oopps, not really...

#NicoleArbourDiet anyone?

And what about this -- getting back to our senses and trying to be 'fair'?

His 'reply' video in defense of Nicole Arbour does make sense, too. To quote: "I value the free exchange of ideas more than I value my own personal feelings," he ended his vid.

Lesson learned... Jokes must be uttered with much tact and wit for these can still hurt and offend someone.

Now, fellas, please be the judge!
