A popular “Call of Duty” multiplayer map is making a return on “Black Ops 3”. Dubbed, “Nuk3town”, the map will be available soon.

IGN wrote that the “Nuk3town” map will be available for free for gamers who pre-order “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” for the Xbox, PlayStation 4 and PC. A code will be sent to players who preorder the game, allowing them to download the map.

A concept art was provided by game publisher Activision. The map is set in the year 2065. The map was first featured in “Black Ops 2”, called “Nuketown 2025”, which was updated to appear similar to the home of the future.

"The Nuketown maps have a special place in Call of Duty multiplayer history and we can't wait to build upon that heritage in Black Ops 3. We carefully adapted the design of the map to make sure that it fit with our new movement system, but also to make sure that we retained the spirit and the fun that made fans fall in love with it in the first place,” said Mark Lamia, head of game developer Treyarch.

Preordering can be done on the Steam website. “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” will officially launch on November 6, 2015. The game features a new breed of Black Ops soldier that use state-of-the-art military robotics for warfare. Now, players will always be linked to the intelligence grid as well as other operatives during battle. There will be three unique game modes, namely the campaign, multiplayer and zombies, making the upcoming installment the most ambitious ever. Multiplayer will be the most engaging to date and there will be new ways to customize, gear up for battle and rank. “Call of Duty” fans can expect more in the new game, including excellent animation and AI.

Steam also wrote that there will be a new Specialist character system and momentum-based chained-movement system, aside from the Traditional and Weapons XP progressions systems, in the multiplayer mode. There will be three unique ways to rank up.

Nuk3town will not be available for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It will officially become available for the current-generating gaming consoles on Black Friday, November 6, 2015. Recently, “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” went through a multiplayer beta for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, based on a Polygon report. More news and updates on the new game and modes are expected soon.
