Calling all Beliebers! News has just dropped on the "Where Are Ü Now" singer's highly anticipated next studio album.

According to Billboard, Justin Bieber is expecting to drop his full-length record on Nov. 13. However, the publication does make it clear they are yet to hear official word from the Canadian pop star's camp. Nonetheless, this is great news for Beliebers!

It does not stop here -- Bieber's first single off the untitled LP is looking towards an Aug. 28 release. In an interview with Ryan Seacrest, the 21-year-old revealed "What Do You Mean" will be more of an "uptempo" and "summery" track, along the same lines of his latest chart-topper, "Where Are Ü Now," featuring Diplo and Skrillex. He assured that the upcoming project will be "really musical [with] a lot of real instrumentation."

The "Boyfriend" crooner further explained the meaning behind his premiere single. "Girls are often flip-floppy. They say something, and then they mean something else," he said. "What do you mean? ... I don't really know, that's why I'm asking."

Bieber also explained his expectations for the new track. "I'm trying to have a consistent sound and I get kind of depressed cause I'm so...like, I want it to work so badly," he confessed. "You know, I want people to love it, and inspire people and sometimes I feel like, 'Is this good enough? Is this the direction I want to go?'"

"What Do You Mean" is produced by Poo Bear, who was featured on the Bieber's 2014 track, "Hard 2 Face Reality."

According to FUSE, the "Baby" hitmaker said despite the issues he has been getting into in the public arena, he is "using [his] voice in [his] music rather than out here in the world."

On the topic of creativity, he admitted: "Overall, I'm just happy with the place I'm at creatively. I feel like this is probably the best I've been. There's not really a direction. It's like, uplifting music that people can dance to... It's a little different, it's really uplifting and people are going to smile when they listen to it."

Fans can expect to hear collaborations from Kanye West, who is pushing Bieber like no one else does.

"I've been in the studio with him for the past month or so. I think that he just pushes you," he said. "He definitely wants it to be my way and my direction and he doesn't want to steal what I want... That's why artists love to go to him, because he pulls something out of you that other people don't."

How exciting! Sit tight, as Aug. 28 is just around the corner.
