Masashi Kishimoto's brainchild and worldwide sensation, "Naruto," has finally come to an end. The Japanese manga about a delinquent boy on a ninja world has crossed many platforms; from manga to anime, animated movie and even video games. Bandai Namco and Cyberconnect2 has recently announced the release date of what would probably the final instalment of the game series, titled "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4," will be delayed to 2016.

According to Geek Snack, the game will feature the story mode in a more in-depth manner so as to cover all of the events that led to the manga's ending. The site also revealed new details about the game from a recent issue of Shonen Jump magazine which was translated here. The magazine divulged a story mode for Sasuke, the battle against Hashirama and many more.

Furthermore, the report exposed screenshots of the video game coming from Gamescom 2015 in Germany. The first set of screenshots featured the next generation of shinobi; Bolt Uzumaki (or Boruto in Japan) is Naruto and Hinata's Son as well as Sarada Uchiha, who is Sasuke and Sakura's daughter. Both characters will only be available as a pre-order DLC bonus. No further news are revealed about the new characters being available as DLC for those who have not pre-ordered.

The second set of pictures features Rin, Obito Uchiha and other familiar characters.

Another exclusive report, via PlayStation Lifestyle, featured a statement from Bandai Namco and CyberConnect2 about the video game's delay. They said they "will stop at nothing to deliver the most authentic and highest quality Naruto experience possible for this latest chapter."

The developers added, "This move will allow the talented development team at CyberConnect2 to push the limits of the game, delivering the most authentic and up-to-date content ever seen in an Ultimate Ninja Storm series game."

"Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will bring back the "Wall Run" ability. This feature will allow players to continue the battle on the walls of the stages. A new feature, character switch, was also added. This allows gamers to tag in or swap characters in the middle of the fight.

Bandai Namco recently released a new trailer of the video game at Gamescom 2015 in Germany. It featured Bolt and Sarada as the new generation of ninjas aiming to become a Hokage. It also revealed the development of Naruto and Sasuke from childhood to becoming adults.

The trailer revealed that "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will be released on Feb. 9, 2016 in all regions for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
