Looks like fatherhood is taking an ugly turn for Chris Brown. After reports surfaced of him crying when he is denied FaceTime sessions with his baby girl, it appears baby mother Nia Guzman wants to cut him completely out of Royalty's life.

Guzman is reportedly filing for full custody of the pair's 1-year-old daughter. A source revealed to TMZ that Brown is preparing to fight tooth-and-nail to be a father figure in his child's life.

"Brown plans to file an opposition to Nia Guzman's request for full custody... countering her claims that he's a bad father," the website reported, adding that "Guzman has cited several issues with Chris' parenting and lifestyle" but the R&B star has a prepared response for each one.

Royalty's mother has claimed that her baby is not allowed back at Breezy's house until he has increased his security -- this came after a series of break-ins occurred at the "Loyal" hitmaker's Los Angeles home, including an incident in which his aunt was thrown in a closet.

TMZ reported that Brown "will argue he never puts his daughter in harm's way and has increased security at his home since the recent break-in." Also, he will reportedly tell the judges "he has never done drugs around Royalty" and "he will argue he has never allowed 'gang bangers' to be around his daughter."

According to HollywoodLife.com, Guzman's lawyer, Carl Anthony Moore, claimed that Brown "is asking the judge to order a paternity test," making moves to prove that he is in fact Royalty's father.

Guzman is demanding Brown pay $15,000 in child support. At this time the "Ayo" singer is paying $2,500 a month, which he believes is fair, TMZ reported.

If the paternity test proves Brown is the father, he plans to demand a strict set of guidelines on his visitation rights and support: "Chris also wants a judge to establish clear custody guidelines. He says Nia has been denying him the right to see his daughter, so he wants a judge to set her straight."

Hopefully, the situation is resolved with little Royalty's best interest at heart.
