Tech junkies willing to commit to a two-year AT&T contract now have the option to purchase a third-generation iPad or iPad 2 for a subsidized price, as a wave of sales approaches consumers this holiday season.

AT&T's deal cuts $100 off of 8 Apple devices, detailed below.

The price of a new third-gen16GB iPad sits at $479, a new 32GB at $527.99, and a new 64GB at $679.99.  

A refurbished 16GB version of the same device costs $429, the 32GB $529.99, and the 64GB $629.99.

A refurbished 3G 16GB iPad 2 will run you $429.99, while a new 3G 64GB tablet is price at $529.99

CNET notes that while the iPad 4 and mini are not included in AT&T's deal, other gadgets such as the Pantech Element tablets, Galaxy Tab, and HTC Jetstream are covered by the offer as well.

Site editor Lance Whitney writes, " Current subscribers with an AT&T Mobile Share plan can add a tablet for an extra $10 per month. This plan gives you a pool of data -- anywhere from 1GB to 20GB -- to share among other devices. Otherwise, you can opt for an AT&T DataConnect plan, which provides 250MB a month for $15, 3GB for $30, or 5GB for $50."

The iPad mini features a Dual-Core A5 Prcoessor, Bluetooth 4.0 wireless technology , a 7.9-inch diagonal LED-backlit Multi-Touch display with IPS technology, a 1024 x 768, fingerprint-resistant coating, a front-facing 1.2 Facetime HD camera, and a 5-megapixel iSight Camera.

Apple's iPad 4 sports an A6X chip, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 9.7-inch screen, and both front and rear-facing camera.
