Warner Bros. launched a new trailer for the next DLC character of “Mortal Kombat X”. Tremor will be playable soon.

Game Spot reported that in the video released on Sunday, July 19, 2015, during the EVO 2015 “Mortal Kombat X” tournament stream, Tremor was featured decimating his opponents using rock-based and earthquake-themed attacks. He also used other types of offenses to ultimately defeat his enemies. Tremor appeared like a hooded rock golem himself, with his forearms transforming into solid masses of stone to execute deadly blows. Polygon cited that Tremor will be effective in “pulverizing” opponents, especially when his hands transform into powerful hammers. He was seen battling with Scorpion and other familiar characters throughout the video.

Kotaku said that Tremor appeared as an enemy in “Mortal Kombat: Special Forces” in 2000. It was the first time that the character was fully playable. He also had playable missions in 2011 in the Vita version of “Mortal Kombat”. He was in the Challenge Tower stage.

Cinema Blend reported that similar to the character Reptile, Tremor was given a huge redesign in the game, making him easier to point out from the rest of the cast. He can use a variety of earth-based attacks to prepare for a unique attack.

Game Spot revealed that Tremor will be playable in “Mortal Kombat X” for gamers who purchase the Tremor Bundle, which will become available on July 21, 2015. The bundle will also include the Klassic Skins Pack 2 and will be available for individuals who already have the $30 Kombat Pack DLC pass. The bundle is the last announced add-on for the game. Gamers who do not own the Kombat Pack can purchase the Tremor Bundle for $8 on any gaming platform, beginning July 28. Tremor can also be bought individually for $5, while the Klassic Skins Pack 2 will be available individually for $4.

Furthermore, Warner Bros. announced that players will get free DLC. The Klassic Fatalities Pack 2 will be provided for free, which features fatalities for Kung Lao, Kitana, Mileena and Jax. The free DLC will be available beginning July 21, or at the same time that the Tremor Bundle launches.

“Mortal Kombat X” is a fighting game playable on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The game will reportedly become playable on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, although Warner Bros. has not yet revealed the official release date. More details and updates on the available DLC and Tremor are expected in the following days.
