Manchester United currently sits atop the EPL after a few strong weeks that included clutch performances against Chelsea and Arsenal.

More importantly, the team has already won Group H of the Champions League and has booked a spot in the final 16. Robin Van Persie has been a revelation with eight goals and three assists in the EPL and three more goals in the UCL. Speculation over whether he and Wayne Rooney could co-exist has ceased, as the two have been a dynamic force on offensive. Javier Hernandez is also back in form and has scored five goals in four straight matches for Man U. The team has won four and lost one on the road and has scored 11 goals in the process.

They will face Aston Villa on Saturday at 12 PM ETD. Villa is in a decidedly different position than Man U as they sit in 17th place with nine points, four clear of a relegation spot. They have won two and drawn three, but have lost five matches including four on the road. Fortunately they will play the best team in he EPL at home where they have won one, drawn twice, and lost once. Their main issue is on offense where they have only managed to score eight goals in 10 matches but their defense has allowed only 14 goals, the same amount as Man U.

Prediction: Man U should have a cakewalk. 3-0 Manchester.

Start Time: 12 PM ETD
