FC Porto has been one of the top teams in the 2012-13 UCL. With a win or draw, they can guarantee a spot in the Round of 16 in the tournament when they take on Dynamo Kiev on Tuesday.

Last time these teams faced off two weeks ago, Porto managed to pull out a narrow 3-2 win in their least inspired performance of the group stage so far. Despite the questionable defensive effort displayed in this match, there can be no doubt of their offensive prowess when deemed necessary. Silvestre Varela and Jackson Martinez were the heroes in the match, but the heart and soul of this team is young Colombian James Rodriguez who has looked better in every match of the UCL.

Porto remains atop the Portuguese league with six wins, two draws, and 20 points in eight matches. Martinez leads the team with eight goals in the Portuguese league.

Their opponents are currently in 3rd place in the Ukrainian league with 28 points on the season. While just two points behind second place, they are 14 points behind 1st place Shakhtar Donetsk. Their UCL campaign has been mediocre to date at best. After a 4-1 loss to PSG in their first game, they defeated a poor Dinamo Zagreb side 2-0 before a solid 3-2 loss to Porto. They are now home and have a chance to change the fate of their tournament against Porto. With a win, they would have six points and have one game remaining against Zagreb. With a loss, they would essentially lose all hope of progressing to the next round.

Prediction: 2-1 Porto though it should be a hard match on the road.

Start Time: 2:45 p.m. EST
