One of the more exciting matches of Tuesday will be the contest between Manchester City and Ajax Amsterdam.

Manchester City has been the worst team in the UCL thus far with just one point in three matches. The reigning English champs have struggled in the group stage, but have a prime chance at home to start the turnaround. With only a possible 9 points remaining, they can still make a run and qualify out of the group, but if they fail to win this match and Dortmund or Real Madrid draw, then this team has no chance of making the round of 16 this year. While Man City remains in third place in the Premier League, they have been a bit discombobulated in their last few matches, particularly in the 0-0 draw to West Ham this past weekend. They are hopeful that their four wins and one draw home record in the EPL will carry over to the UCL.

Ajax Amsterdam re-established themselves in this tournament after their win over Manchester City. This team has not been that great in the domestic league this season as they sit in fifth place courtesy of just one win and four draws on the road this season. They have however scored 14 goals in those five matches and could be a huge threat on Tuesday.

Prediction: Manchester City is better than they have played. They will shine at home. 2-1 win for Man City.

Start Time: 2:45 p.m. EST
