Colorado

President Obama and Governor Romney are neck-and-neck in Colorado, tied at a polling average of 47.8 percent each, according to Real Clear Politics.

The NBC/WSJ/Marist poll puts both candidates on even footing as well, with Romney and Obama both landing at 48 percent out of 1128 surveyed voters. ARG puts Romney ahead by 1 percent, at 48 percent compared to Mr. Obama's 47 percent. Rasmussen Reports also suggests a Romney lead, but by a 50 to 46 percent ratio. Purple Strategies notes a slight Obama edge, rounding out the president at 47 percent and Romney at 46 percent. Lastly, PPP shows a moderate Obama lead with 51 percent backing opposed to Romney's 47 percent.

New Hampshire

In New Hampshire, the president enjoys a meager lead and leaves Romney trailing 1 percent from Obama's 48.7 percent support. The New England College poll gives Obama a 49 to 46 percent lead on Romney. PPP suggests a 2 percent lead, placing Obama at 48 percent and Romney at 47 percent. Rasmussen gives Romney the edge with 50 percent to Mr. Obama's 48 percent.

Margin of Error

The ARG survey's margin of error sits at 4.0 percent, the Purple Strategies poll at 4.0 percent, PPP at 3.3 percent, NBC/WSJ/Marist at 2.9 percent, New England College at 4.1 percent, and Rasmussen at 4.5 percent.

Nationally, Romney is ahead by 0.8 percent at 47.9 percent, while Obama sits at 47.1 percent. Just a week remains until the General Election.
