The hit TV series "Revenge" is about to come to a close with two episodes remaining.

Master Herald reported that the current "Revenge" Season 4 will be the show's last. There are also rumors that Emily Thorne may die in the season finale, especially as talks of her death in the last episode have been circulating in the past few weeks. In the synopsis of the finale, Emily will be forced into a difficult situation and has to confess that she is guilty. Her admission will be the opposite of her actions in the previous episode where she attempts to prove her innocence with the aid of Jack and Nolan. Something might have happened to compel her to change her story.

According to an article by Entertainment Weekly, the season finale is titled, "Two Graves", which spurred more speculation that Thorne may be one of the characters who will be killed off.

A happy ending for Emily and Jack?

Inquisitr noted that when Victoria Grayson died, fans already expected that "Revenge" is coming to an end. In the past four seasons, Emily lost Aiden and Daniel. However, Jack was always the man she wanted to be with. The news outlet added that aside from someone dying, Emily and Jack will also kiss and share a romantic moment in the upcoming episode, but there is no confirmation yet whether Emily will end up with Jack.

For fans who can't wait to know more about what's in store in the last episode, here's a hint from the show's executive producer.

Sunil Nayar told Entertainment Weekly, "It is the end of a journey, but it's a journey that's been so darkly taken. How do we want her to feel at the end of this journey, and how do we want the audience to feel about the nature of this journey? Do we want this to be a tale where people think, 'I should go do that,' or do we want people to think, 'I could go do that, but there's a serious price to be paid by doing it!'? At the end of the day, there's no getting out of this clean, whether that means you're dead, deeply wounded or carrying this darkness with you. You'll see that everybody in the show is affected by the world they've gotten themselves into and the darkness that's hard to pull out."

For Nayar, the show has accomplished what they wanted, so it is time for it to end, added Entertainment Weekly.
