Last week's episode of 'Grey's Anatomy' was an emotional roller coaster that saw many of the victims of May's fatal plane crash deal with the legal aftermath of the horrific crash. Several relationships continued to be tested as the doctors of Seattle Grace-Mercy West slowly attempted to return to normalcy.

In this Thursday's episode, entitled "I Saw Her Standing There," viewers will get a glimpse into Jackson (Jesse Williams) and April's (Sarah Drew) steamy new relationship. "This is the last time," Jackson is seen saying to April as they begin to make out in the episode's preview. "The last time was the last time," April quips back. But is it? Things are clearly steaming up between the two former Mercy West docs and it shows no signs of dying down.

Also getting into some frisky fun is Christina (Sandra Oh), who is away at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota following the plane crash. "But you don't even like him," Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) tells Christina on the phone as they discuss her new "sex friend" relationship with her boss. "Who says I have to like him," Christina answers back. While she's still married to Owen (Kevin McKidd), Christina is still dealing with his infidelity and the PTSD from the crash, so she may be using this as an escape.

Of course, the central focus of season nine's fourth episode will be Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) who begins the long road of recovery after her leg amputation. Wife Callie (Sara Ramirez) takes responsibility for the leg amputation although Alex (Justin Chambers) performed the amputation. "I made the call, I'm the bad doctor," she tells Alex in the preview.

Arizona, who was used to roller blade around the pediatrics ward, is clearly struggling to come to terms with her new situation and is stubborn in accepting others' help. However, after realizing that she's not alone and that Callie is with her during last week's episode, she might be more willing to accept help from her wife.

A new teaser for the season's fifth episode, "Beautiful Doom," has also become available. The Meredith-Christina episode will find the best friends dealing with aftermath of the crash while being separated. ABC revealed, "As Meredith and Christina rely on each other as they cope with increasing responsibilities at their respective hospitals and cope with life after the plane crash; Christina helps Dr. Thomas with a challenging heart surgery."

"I Saw Her Standing There" airs this Thursday at 9 p.m. ET on ABC. You can catch Episode 5 "Beautiful Doom" on November 8 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
