The first official video teaser for the upcoming "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2" has been unveiled. Watch it in the video below.

As of press time, the video, uploaded on YouTube, has earned more than 250,000 views and over 8,000 likes. The same video, uploaded on the official Facebook page of "Hunger Games," has already earned over 24,900 likes, more than 13,900 shares, and 755,000 views as of press time. On Twitter, it already got more than 3,200 retweets and 2,800 favorites.

The video first came out on Entertainment Weekly. According to the news outlet, the trailer will also hit theaters this weekend during the "Insurgent" movie.

The teaser actually does not show any scenes from the upcoming movie. It just shows how "a burning mockingjay pin lights the spark" just as how the series' lead actress Katniss Everdeen evolved from being a "brave symbol" to becoming a "fierce revolutionary."

Titled "Remember," the trailer provides some audio from the previous parts of the film -- Katniss volunteering to the annual Hunger Games just to save her sister who was hand picked to her being famously known as "the girl on fire."

Haymitch's voice then comes in saying, "Remember who the real enemy is," ending with Katniss' statement, "Tonight, turn your weapons to the Capitol." While this is being heard, we see the mockingjay flying on its own and freeing itself from the framework that served as its foundation.

The first official trailer was also accompanied by the movie's first official poster. Check out the new poster here. The poster has the slogan, "The Fire Will Burn Forever." As of press time, the poster has earned more than 11,800 likes and over 2,500 shares on Facebook.

The movie again stars Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen, Josh Hutcherson as Peeta Mellark, Liam Hemsworth as Gale Hawthorne, Woody Harrelson as Haymitch Abernathy, Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket, Julianne Moore as President Alma Coin, Philip Seymour Hoffman as Plutarch Heavensbee, Jeffrey Wright as Beetee Latier, Sam Claflin as Finnick Odair, Willow Shields as Primrose Everdeen, Jena Malone as Johanna Mason, Natalie Dormer as Cressida, Stanley Tucci as Caesar Flickerman and Donald Sutherland as President Coriolanus Snow.

"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" is directed by Francis Lawrence. The movie's screenplay is by Peter Craig and Danny Strong. It is produced by Nina Jacobson's Color Force together with Jon Kilik.

The movie is based on the novel series written by Suzanne Collins. The trilogy reportedly has more than 65 million copies in print in the U.S. alone. The film adaptation will hit theaters in November 20, 2015.
