2K Sports has released a new patch update for "NBA 2K15" on March 16, dubbed "Patch 1.04".
Christian Today reported that the new patch is already available for PlayStation 4 and PC. The patch is 2.84 GB for the PS4 but will be expectedly smaller for PC. The patch is also expected to be available for Xbox One gamers soon. The patch was released without notes so players may discover other fixes and adjustments as they play the basketball-based game.
Reportedly, the new patch will fix stability issues and enhance the gaming experience of players. Based on media sources, the new patch particularly removed the shoe glitch, which previously prevented gamers from outfitting their characters on MyPlayers with sneakers that they bought. The bug has since been taken out so players can enjoy seeing their favorite stars in the pair of their choice.
Breathecast reported that the only notes that came with Patch 1.04 states, "Improved the stability of the title in addition to a number of general improvements to the user experience." General improvements include a roster update for Cleveland Cavaliers. Irving now has Kyrie "OVR 89 (+1)- Standing Three +2, Moving Three +2, Offensive Consistency +10."
Other noticeable changes include the removal of LeBron James' headband. Kyrie Irving of the Cleveland Cavaliers now has overall up to 89. Nikola Mirotic of the Chicago Bulls currently has overall up to 79, Nerlens Noel of the Philadelphia 76ers has overall up to 77 while Will Barton of the Denver Nuggets has overall up to 73.
Furthermore Locker Code 2K featured a new locker code that will make Larry Bird available in MyTeam. According to Ronnie Singh, spokesperson of 2K, the new patch will fix the tendency of MyPark to hang. In a report by the International Business Times, the NBA 2K15 Ultimate Legends Roster has also been recently uploaded for PS4.
