Comedian Jon Stewart and Seth Rollins finally met face-to-face on Monday Night Raw on March 1, with the talk show host kicking Mr. Money in the Bank in the groin.

Huffington Post reported that Stewart made an appearance at WWE to settle the score with wrestler Seth Rollins. Late in February, the two have exchanged verbal blows after Stewart announced that he was retiring from his late night show "The Daily Show" and Rollins said that he would make a better host.

Stewart fired back by posting a video, particularly directed at Rollins and his hosting plans. "You messed with the wrong guy, and I'm coming, and that's money in the bank my friend," Stewart said.

On February 26, Rollins appeared on the "Moment of Zen" segment on "The Daily Show" and invited Stewart on Raw. Stewart made an attempt but failed to put Rollins in a headlock during the segment.

On Monday night, Stewart and Rollins talked for several minutes. Washington Post reported that the comedian talked about Rollins' insignificant role in The Authority. He took some time insulting Rollins too.

"How could I make a fool out of a man dressed like a S.W.A.T. team stripper with Lady Gaga's hair?" Stewart asked.

Stewart finally landed a successfully groin kick when Rollins was holding the microphone up for him and looking back at wrestler Randy Orton, based on a report by TMZ.

Washington Post reported that the host's left foot landed right between the legs of Rollins. Stewart then ran and exited the ring before the much-bigger Rollins had a chance to recover. Orton made his way backstage and Stewart was running behind him, waving his coat in the air and doing a muscular pose to celebrate his moment with the cheering fans.

Stewart joked afterwards that he may have a future in WWE after he retires from "The Daily Show". However, he was obviously afraid that Rollins might get some revenge in the near future.

Stewart said, "I might have to train a little bit."

Fans will have to wait for the next episode of the Stewart-Rollins saga. Stewart might work with Orton in the coming weeks or even make an appearance at WrestleMania 31. Until then, Stewart can enjoy the next several days on top against the "Money in the Bank" holder.

Rollins tweeted after their big meet, "All I do is hit home runs. The best in the business is best for business. #rawisrollins Oh, and Stewart kicks like a girl."
