Singer Leona Lewis has added two new, completely unexpected additions to the '50 Shades of Grey' film casting speculations.

In a recent interview, the 27-year-old British singer told MTV News that she believes singers Chris Brown and Taylor Swift would be the best picks to play lead characters Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele. According to CapitalFM, Lewis told her interviewer, "For Christian Grey it has to be someone really hot and super smooth. Why am I just thinking of Chris Brown?"

"Maybe Chris Brown!" Lewis later affirmed, before telling MTV News that country singer Taylor Swift would be her choice for Anastasia Steele.

Actresses Dakota Fanning and Elizabeth Olsen also join the two singers in the ever-growing '50 Shades' casting rumor mill. According to Gather Entertainment, Fanning told reporters, "I never say never to anything but I don't know. I have read the books," when asked about the role.

Olsen, sister to former child-stars Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, also commented on the role, telling reporters, "Sure, if the script is any good." Fanning and Olsen worked together in the film 'Very Good Girls," which revolves around two friends who vow to lose their virginity in the summer before college.

Speculations surrounding the '50 Shades of Grey' casting have consumed fans since Universal Pictures and Focus Films purchased the rights to the erotic thriller by British author E.L. James earlier this year.

Actors Ian Somerhalder, Matt Bomer, and Ryan Gosling are among fans top favorite picks for the lead role of Christian Grey. In the lead female role of Anastasia Steele, fans have rooted for Emma Watson, Nina Dobrev and Alexis Bledel.

A poll by Latinos Post found that Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev, off-screen couple and 'The Vampire Diaries' costars, are among the top fan favorites for the lead roles. Actors Matt Bomer and Emma Watson follow closely behind.

Up until now, the only casting decisions made have been for the screenwriter. Kelly Marcel was chosen for the screenwriting position on Monday. Executive producer Dana Brunetti tweeted about the timeline for production, saying, "Again, writer then script then director then cast..."
