Mila Kunis is sexy, and apparently, Esquire knows it.

The 29 year-old Ukrainian actress was named by Esquire as their pick for this year's "Sexiest Woman Alive."

In being selected, Kunis ousted last year's winner, pop songbird Rihanna.

The honor, awarded first to actress Angelina Jolie in 2004, is only the latest to come Kunis's way, the on-screen siren having already won a Young Hollywood Award in 2002, Best Young Actress at the 2010 Venice Film Festival, and Best Supporting Actress honors at both the Saturn and Scream Awards in 2011.

Kunis is best known for her role as the sexy, yet spoiled debutante Jackie Burkhart in TV's hit comedy, "That 70's Show" and a critically acclaimed performance opposite Oscar winner Natalie Portman in the 2010 hit movie "Black Swan." She has also starred opposite high profile leading men such as Denzel Washington in "The Book of Eli" and Justin Timberlake in "Friends with Benefits".

In a candid sit-down interview with Esquire, Kunis talks candidly about a number of different subjects, including her views on politics, being funny, the real story behind her immigration to the US as a child, the drawbacks of being famous and being threatened by a TV executive for refusing to do a magazine shoot.

"It was like, 'If you don't do this magazine, you'll never work in this company,'" she tells Esquire. "I went, 'Great.' It was the first time that I had someone on the phone tell me that I will never work in this industry again."

Her response?

"I said, 'I'm sorry, what did you say?'"

Kunis hits the screen in Disney's "Oz: The Great and Powerful," coming to theaters in March.
