Following the news of the Nokia Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 to be carried exclusively on AT&T, T-Mobile announced it will carry the Nokia Lumia 810.
As the successor to the Lumia 710, the Lumia 810 features a 4.3-inch OLED WVGA Clear Black display, 800x480 pixel resolution, eight-megapixel rear-facing camera with Carl Zeiss optics, 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera with Skype HD, 1GB RAM, 1,650mAh battery, and the Windows Phone 8 operating system.
In comparison to the Lumia 710, it has a 3.7-inch screen and five-megapixel front-facing camera, 800x400 pixel resolution, 512MB RAM, 1,300mAh battery, and Windows Phone 7.5 operating system.
"We're providing our customers with a unique Windows Phone 8 experience by offering an exclusive device paired with our Unlimited Nationwide 4G Data plan and a comprehensive set of enhanced features," said T-Mobile USA Vice President of Product Management Andrew Morrison. "The Nokia Lumia 810 gives customers speedy, 4G access to T-Mobile's nationwide network and the content and features they want, whenever they need it. From navigation tools to an enhanced camera, the Lumia 810 provides a great value and a high-quality experience."
A specific release date has not been set, but according to T-Mobile, it will be available "in the coming weeks," in either cyan or black.
The price for the Lumia 810 has not been confirmed, but The Seattle Times suggests the price will be "closer to $100" when signing a contract.
