Caught on Tape: Nicki Minaj Curses at Mariah Carey on American Idol Set (VIDEO)

The American Idol diva fight rumors really are true.

Last night, TMZ released a video seemingly shot with a cell phone that shows Nicki Minaj in a catfight with songstress Mariah Carey.

The video takes place at American Idol auditions in Charlotte, N.C. Minaj is sitting next to somber judge Keith Urban and yelling, but not directly looking at Carey.

Carey stays calm and collected throughout, saying Minaj reminds her of a 3 year old.

Rumors have been surfacing that the two have not gotten along since Minaj was first announced as a judge for the popular singing show. Carey reportedly hung up the phone on producers when she learned Minaj would also be a judge.

Minaj appeared on The View last week and dispelled rumors of any fued.

Around the same time the video surfaced, Carey ominously tweeted: "whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy"
